Dearest Aspen,
At 3 months, you are a big big boy! You weighed 14lbs 15oz and measured 24 inches at 2 1/2 months. You are wearing size 2 diapers and are in 3 to 6 month clothes. You glided through your first round of shots with only a small cry after the last shot. But then you had the nurse in awe as you smiled that sweet smile of yours.
You are laughing away at mommy and sissy. You just can't get enough of people talking to you. Your personality truly is the sweetest and incredibly contagious. You hardly ever cry unless you are really, really hungry. That doesn't happen often though.
You had your first little cough & cold thanks to a silly week of 60 degree weather followed by a week of 90 degrees in August. Oh New York!
You had your first trip to the Greenbrier with mommy, daddy, sissy, Mimi, Papa, Kiki, Peter, Bishop, Collins, Cooper, Boston, Bees, Ja'c, Tyler, & Travis. You did a lot of relaxing there on the porch, in the cottage, at the pool, during dinner, etc.
All of Papa's work friends couldn't believe how much you look like him: bald & chubby! You definitely resemble him a lot and you seem to have her personality as well.
You are sleeping through the night! Yippee! Going to sleep around 9 or 9:30 and waking up around 7 or 7:30. You always wake with a smile which brightens my day immediately.
You love your jungle play mat and have figured out how to make the lights & music go off. You laugh with amazement every time.
You are all boy. You fart and poop like one. You burp like one. You eat like one. You are my sweet little boy!
