Muscoot Farm

We have had gorgeous weather lately hovering around the 60 degree mark with blue skies and sunshine. I love the warmth; spring & summer are my favorite months. Especially with a pool near by to dip my toes in while sipping a refreshing beverage :) Adelaide loves being outside too so we try to get out and about as much as possible now that the winter from hell is over.

Muscoot Farm is a sweet little place not far from our house with various barns and outside grazing areas filled with animals galore. Cows, sheep, goats, horses, donkey, pigs, turkeys, and more! We went for the first time on Father's Day last year but munchkin couldn't walk yet. This time she was more than happy to hold my hand and roam the grounds. Pointing to the animals and hustling over to see the "cows moo" or the "hi horsey". I loved seeing her explore and delight in the green pastures and sweet animals.

We also had a picnic lunch next to the pigs & horses. She was fascinated by both and we had shade from a nearby tree. We met some other kids who were enjoying the day as well. And of course no picnic is complete without a little treat!

We will definitely be frequenting Muscoot during the summer & fall!
