did not go as planned. Meaning we did not come back from NY with a house. Looks like we will be joining the other 3.5 million people that are homeless. As for the search, we did a hell of a job looking into every single area of Westchester County as well as the lower part of Connecticut. With four different real estate agents showing us 8 hours worth of homes for 6 straight days, it is safe to say we know a lot of the area. And I mean a lot.

So the movers are here as I type this post, packing our belongings and hoisting it into their moving truck. A truck that will head east this week to...well to some storage unit where our precious things will be locked in a cold, wet, muggy room until we figure out where we will be residing.
Lots of prayers are welcomed in hopes that we find a place to live without killing one another first ;)
On the upside, house hunting makes for a big appetite which in turn allows me to indulge in dessert!!
