First Class Cooking

For one of Ryan's Valentine's Day treats, I got him us a cooking class gift certificate to First Class Cooking with chef extraordinaire Emily Dellas. A San Francisco native, Emily, grew up cooking causing her to fall in love with the process of food and food making. She reminds me of a retro Julia Child, specifically because we chose to attend the ever so delightful Fuss-Free French class on Sunday.

The menus was as follows:

- Salad w. Avocado & Mustard Vinaigrette

- Buckwheat Crepes w. Seasonal Vegetables

- Red Wine Braised Chicken

- Chocolate Souffle

Her kitchen was amazing...or shall I say her kitchens! In a loft style manner, she dotes two kitchens and two large dining room tables all the while making the space seem homey and uncrowded.

Check out a few snapshots of the team in action!
