I have savored every last minute of this first year with you. I have held on to your sweet hands, kissed your baby toes, and given as many tickles as possible. I have memorized every coo & woo and locked them into my memory bank (or documented them on the blog!). I have rocked you to bed longer than usual or let you stay up a little later to play. I have cuddled and kissed every inch of your sweet baby body. I have let you explore and see the world around you. Yet I have tried to shield you from growing up too fast. I have loved you with every fiber of my being. And I will continue to do so forever.
This month you had another tooth pop up, began standing by yourself without holding onto something, and babble all the times. You got your first haircut making your pixie cut even cuter! You developed a dislike for the car seat which is rough for us all! You are eating anything you want these days but still find comfort in your bottle.
You took a trip to New Mexico and were a little rock star with the time difference. You love the hiking backpack as it gives you a great view point, and you love to follow where your older siblings go. You marveled at the balloons and the wild life animals. You were in awe of your surroundings and even enjoyed some Southwestern food!
You have such a magical personality. Your smiles keep beaming and you love to clap your hands in excitement. You are easy peasy and laid back yet confident in your little baby girl ways.
You are incredibly loved and cherished my our whole family. I am so thankful that God chose me to be your mommy. You are an amazing gift that continues to bless my life and all those around you.
