Last year we used our freshly picked apples to bake an apple pie per Adelaide's request. They kids loved it so much that I had to add it to our fall bucket list. One Sunday after church, we came home and did our baking. The pie baked while little babes napped and the awoke to fresh baked apple pie for a delicious snack. Adelaide came running into the kitchen asking "why do I smell something delicious?" while Aspen licked his plate clean ;)
