Our summer is underway and we are trying to get outside as much as possible. We were spoiled by the Bahamas and the never-ending pool options to keep cool. As always, I try to get the kids out of the house in the mornings and keep them busy until nap time. Last summer we had a lot of late afternoon/early evening fun, but the kids have been napping into those hours this summer so our nights are spent mostly indoors at home. It feels sort of weird to me, but I am hoping it is causing me to relax more ;)
Adelaide is signed up for 5 weeks of summer camp, 3 days per week. She is learning to play tennis, swim, do yoga, and many arts & crafts. She is really loving it!!
PJ & Teddy day! She brought her "Mimi" bunny |
With Adelaide in camp, it allows for several mornings a week for Aspen & I to spend one-on-one time together. You can find us at the park swinging away or usually poolside :)

We spent a late morning at Rye Playland with these little daredevils! It was so much fun and the kids were able to go on pretty much every ride by themselves! They even tackled the roller coaster!

We have also enjoyed outside dinners and desserts...
Cheers to the sunshine and sweet summertime!
