Over the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of attending the nuptials of so many wonderful people in my life. Each couple special. Each wedding uniquely theirs. I hate with a capital H missing a wedding. It has only happened on rare occasion and I hope to be invited to many more. It renews the love in my own marriage when I see another vowing to love for life.
I saw my beautiful sister marry her prince charming on the beach at the Ritz Carlton in Naples. I was a part of my brother's summertime wedding in Michigan where the dance floor was on fire. Two of my 5 best friends have wed in our home state of Kentucky with the southern charm of a wedding.
My life-long childhood friend, Jessi, rode up on a horse to be walked down the aisle. My other family friend had a royal little wedding party...buggy and all! Liz & Win were married in our backyard of San Francisco overlooking the golf course. My sweet ADPi sisters, Rachie Watts Webb & Abby Knight Mullins, were the first to break the mold in our pledge class giving us a great excuse to reunite back in My Old Kentucky Home. Rebecca & Mike invited us on a trolly ride around the city post ceremony. Nikki & Steve celebrated with a winter wonderland at the Beverly Hills hotel. Jeanine was radiant with her Tiffany & Co theme. Chantelle & Ruben rocked the mariachi band and tequila shots. And I will forever remember Kym & Joey's wedding as the first official event I attended as Ryan's girlfriend.
I cannot wait to stand by Lindsay Marquette (my bff) and her fiance Matty D in 19 days as they take each other's hands in marriage. I am beyond honored to be her Matron of Honor and witness a love so grand.
Thank you friends and family for allowing me to be a part of such a special day in your lives. It has meant so much to me. More than words can ever express.
