Home Makeover: Before & After (Take One)

My mom came the day before we closed on the house to help me unpack the 100s of boxes that the movers & other furniture companies delivered so I wouldn't have to do it all solo. My in-laws were in town for 10 days helping spruce up the place by adding our own touch to the house.

And while the house is by no means complete, much progress was attained over this first month of 35 Waterview Drive! The entire first level has been repainted, trimmed, and almost furnished. We still have minor touches such as rugs, artwork, and decor to work out, but it is coming together daily.

The upstairs will be considered phase 2 moving at a much slower pace than this girl would prefer. But I know it will ALL be complete way in advance of baby T's arrival...right honey??!! And well the basement is a phase 3 project to be crossed off sometime prior to the fall.

I have snapped some before & after pics of the areas we have completed. More to come as the house gets settled into a little more...so please be patient with me ;)
