We spent a Wednesday afternoon in "Elf" attire (aka aprons) baking Christmas cookies & brownies. The kids loved mixing the ingredients, rolling the cookie dough, using their cookie cutters from Sparky and watching them bake away. While the sweet treats were baking, they wrote letters to Santa Claus and mailed them through our special *magical* North Pole mailbox. Then after the cookies cooled, they decorated them and tried each and every one to make sure they were *safe* to eat. The verdict: yummy yummy to their tummies!
