This Halloween we were trick-or-treating all over the place! We loved reverse trick-or-treating at Jefferson Place giving spooky treats to the residents and brightening their night. The kids loved handing out candy and the residents loved seeing them all dressed in costume!
We also had a great night at the zoo for BOO at the Zoo! My little dinosaurs and Violet had a blast meeting the characters, grabbing candy from the trick-or-treat booths, hearing the story of the Headless Horseman, and dancing to spooky music! This is one of our favorite October traditions and I love how creative the zoo gets with its decorations & additional activities. The pumpkin beer for adults isn't bad either ;)
We also attended the annual HCC Halloween Party with family. They always do such creative & festive details to make it spooktacular! The Incredibles were there in full force having a great time. There was face painting, pumpkin decorating contest, cupcake treats, and a magic show. Such a fun afternoon for all!
And of course we capped Halloween off with our traditional Halloween night trick-or-treating! This year we lined the Hurstbourne streets with our superhero powers and gathered all the candy that we could. We loved this family costume as the kids truly embraced their roles and their superpowers :)
