On of our favorite holiday traditions is to bake. We are not huge cooks with 4 kids and the hectic schedule/life that it brings, but during the holidays, we enjoy making special treats for family, friends & ourselves! With the temperatures finally feeling fall like, we have been easing from apples to pumpkins. I wanted to try a twist on pumpkin pie but still enjoy a seasonal favorite. So we decided to make pumpkin pie cupcakes! They were the perfect way to have the 3 big kids involved in the baking process and then for us all to enjoy for dessert. Topped with a generous amount of whipped cream and some pumpkin pie spice and our tummies were very happy!
