Keystone, Colorado: Winter Break 2019

Last Spring Break we spent a week in Keystone, CO. We had a wonderful time on the mountain, in the town, and exploring all that the ski town has to offer. With a long winter break, we decided to head back there to enjoy some winter time fun.

With a direct flight from SDF to DEN, it makes travel easy {easier} with four kids. We left at 6:25am and arrived at 7:25am Co time. So we got a full day on Wednesday plus 4 more full days of fun! It totally worth the trip for a long weekend which is what we wanted.

The kids loved ski school and being on the mountain. Brighton was a first timer and could not wait to get on the mountain. He was so proud to be able to join his siblings. The three of them had a ball and are thirsty for more.

Salem girl enjoyed her time at the Children's Center with lots of playtime, snacks, snow play time, and naps. She graduated from last year to the toddler room which brought more exploring & adventure.

We enjoyed ice skating, dips in the hot tub, sliding into the pool, Kidtopia activities, hitting tennis ball, Valentine's cooking & crafts, and a gourmet V-day meal at Der Fondue Chessel.

The kids relished in all things snow including new wintery books, Elsa dolls, stuffed penguins, toy polar bears, and a ski outfit for Adelaide's American Girl doll.

Ryan & I enjoyed our time too. From snowboarding to walking the village to sipping hot cocoa and re-hydrating with cold beers to checking out real estate to indulging in the spa. It was an all-around family vacation.

We can't wait to plan our next trip to Keystone!
