January 2019: In Pictures

January brought lots of snuggles, snow day play, & indoor fun! Hot cocoa and warm winter slippers too! With school not starting until January 7th, it made the longest month bearable and I dare to say that we embraced the winter this year!

When You Wish Upon A Star: SMM Father/Daughter Dance 2019

Saturday night, Adelaide enjoyed a night out with her dad at the SMM Father/Daughter Dance. The theme was When You Wish Upon A Star and my sweet beauty had a great time getting all dolled up for the occasion. She opted to do her own make up which turned out to be natural-looking and also made her look 16 years old! It has become tradition for her to get her hair done at the Drybar which she absolutely loves. To feel like a real life princess is a true treat! Once again, everyone there made her experience beyond magical as she grinned ear to ear the entire time. She arrived home and ready to greet her Prince Charming. The two enjoyed dinner with other daddys and daughters before dancing the night away. What a wonderful tradition that the school has created for these little loves!

Cheers to 2018: Naples Style

We had the best trip to Naples in the history of our traditional after Christmas trips. We packed enough action & adventure as well as the perfect amount of relaxation. We visited the Naples Zoo, took a boat ride around the bay, played putt putt, and , went go kart driving. We swam in the pool, relay raced, and took walks around the neighborhood. We played tennis. We played golf. We talked. We laughed. We made memories.
