The Thompson Christmas Bucket List: Drive to See Christmas Lights

We kicked off our traditional Christmas Bucket List for 2018 with our annual trip to Lights Under Louisville at the Mega Caverns. This is our 3rd year in a row and the displays get better each time. The themed music, the all encompassing tales of Christmas, and the joy in the kids' eyes makes for a great evening for all!

 

This year we opted for the trolley drive through with milk & cookies after our ride. I brought Mimi along for an extra set of hands which proved to be especially helpful. After the lights, we headed in the winter wonderland where Santa's house was supplying sugar cookies and chocolate milk! The kids loved this extra special trip to see the festive lights.

 

A true inspiration to get our own Christmas lights up asap and to enjoy the entire holiday season brightly!
