With the Mustang Mile and the Fall Festival, October is a busy month at SMM. Add in a field trip to Huber's and there was lots of crazy, busy fun around here!
We spent a chilly morning at Huber's with Adelaide's Kindergarten class getting a tour of the apple process, picking the sweetest pumpkins, running through the corn mazes, playing on the playground, and enjoying a picnic lunch. Several of us moms carpooled allowing for great conversation and warm apple cider on the way home!
The next day we had a blast at the Fall Festival. The weather wasn't cooperated so we moved it all indoors, but I think that made for an even better, more intimate event! Warm chili and tasty treats were had. Bounce houses were roughed up by jumpy kids, games were played by all, and kids were tricked & treated in the Haunted House! This was truly a great evening for all of us.
